Very confusing subscription details. Aware the initial cost was for a one week trial. Very surprised when after one week charged £39.99 for a recurring monthly subscription. The conversion didn't work anyway! In my opinion this company is very aware of its sharp practice regarding the recurring payment system. Most users online download a product looking to fix a problem quickly. A reminder via email directly informing the customer about a monthly charge would enable customers to be absolutely aware of further ongoing charges. I would give it zero stars.
