Worst service I've ever had
Worst customer service I've ever had! They are terrible in communication and customer service, not to mention shipping! after ordering an iPhone Xs on November 27th, I now find myself at December 17th and I have nothing! The tracking they gave me is not even visible. I tried to write by email but they don't even consider you... I wrote on facebook, they read the message and don't answer... or they answer once in four. they give 12 working days to receive the product... After almost 20 days I have not received anything. Bad service, bad shipping, horrible service. I will never give you a euro again.
