I emailed customer support and was assisted by Brenna, who resolved the issue quickly and professionally. They are sending out the missing shirt free of charge with zero hassle. They also provide a WhatsApp group w/ Antoine for quick customer service questions and concerns, which is a helpful touch. Despite the minor packing oversight, the prompt and efficient support makes for a overall solid, reliable shopping experience. Only set back is long delivery time (few weeks) but post carrier brought it to home and not to pick up point.
