WORST COMPANY FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Bought my daughter the baby unicorn surprise…. The leg & crown was missing from it. I emailed customer support and they said they would send replacement parts. That was 2 months ago. They’ve emailed me with countless lies about logistic issues and tracking numbers that never seem to be given to me. Basically, don’t waste your money on this brand because if there’s ever an issue, they will LIE LIE LIE to you all day long and you will never see a resolution. Has to be the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Just feel bad for my daughter as she was really excited for the toy until she opened it and realised there were parts missing.
