If you need your order don't order from them
Ok so on December 6th I placed an order and paid for expedited shipping when I had not heard from them in a week I messaged only to find out that one of my items is on back order ok so ship my dress they did but some how my EXPEDITED SHIPPING that was to take 3 days has turned into 3 weeks update after speaking to FedEx today I was told my package was only shipped today after Rose gal Lied and said they shipped it on the ,12 FedEx said they created a label on the 12th but did not actually ship until today where as if rose gal had shipped when they said FedEx said I would have already gotten it. This company is a joke they lie mind you I paid for expedited shipping oh they did refund me for that but that dose not change the fact that an order I needed by the 21st will not arrive until the 23rd PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THEM oh and this went way past the processing time they state is clearly marked it was supposed to be ,3 to ,5 days and was in tiny print so it actually took ,12 days to process while being lied to the whole time
