Order not received!
I bought a tripod on the 9th of december and paid with Paypal and the order number was KF-ORDER-13-75194. Although the money has already been taken from my account I have not received my item nor have i received any order confirmation or anything else. When i try to track the order from their website, it says invalid order. Now i have just wasted 70$ and a lot of time.. The customer service has not answered my emails since i bought my item. Edit pr. 19th of Dec: I have received tracking number and current location of package. An all in all nice e-mail. Changin rating to 2 stars. It is however worrying to have the money transferred without any information. I'll update this post and rating.
