Really bad company. No customer service. No phone number. They don't listen, pay attention or care. They don't help victims. Alibaba assurance means nothing and is meaningless. Sellers know this bad system well and use it to steal from you. Everyone uses fake English names, fake pictures and sometimes fake company names. Total Scam!
