Don’t trust En Route
It’s easy to get sucked in by their advertising as they are all over social media. Don’t be fooled as they don’t care about their customers. I should’ve realised when their policy is that you have to pay for returns, considering so many companies offer free returns - it feels a bit like a scam. En Route’s quality isn’t high end but it is treating itself as such. The lack of communication from their customer service team has been disappointing and they have subsequently offered me a gift card which is outrageous. We’re talking about an item that was on sale. I don’t understand how a business can be so greedy when they already make customers pay for shipping the item out and to return it. Really regret shopping with this brand and I wouldn’t recommend you do either. There are so many better independent sellers and I’ve wasted at least a tenner on top of the cost of the item.
