This is the first ever review I have left online but I feel I want to warn everyone to stay away from this company. Absolutely dreadful service. I ordered a toy which did not arrive. I emailed using their special online form for deliveries that haven't arrived and was treated with such unbelievable rudeness. I was called a liar and told I was clearly 'incapable of reading emails or texts' neither of which I had received (thus making them very hard to read!) I was also told that they send out 2000 packages a day and that this is the only one that has EVER had a problem with delivery!!! I find that hard to believe especially as they have a section of the website dedicated to queries about items that have not been delivered! There are many reviews of other customers who have had the same issues. They claim they have refunded me but after reading other reviews on here I can see I will need to ensure that it has happened. Disgusting service. Edited to say they are now threatening to sue me for libel, harassment and blackmail as I left a bad review and said I would continue doing this until someone replied to my emails! I will let you make of that what you will and form your own opinions.
