No order confirmation or answers to my e-mails
I purchased a Retro Game Console rg35xx from Gshopper.com website without creating an account. The payment was processed but I didn’t receive any confirmation by e-mail. I created an account afterwards but it still doesn’t show in my orders. I contacted them twice via e-mail to the support e-mail address but I didn't get any answer. I currently have no information related to the order and the money was already taken from my account (47.98USD).
