Sold me an invalid Windows key
Sold me an invalid Windows key. Asked for a refund. They asked for a screenshot of the error, which I then provided. They proceed to give me instructions on how to download and install Windows, which I am already well aware of and have already done. I inform them of this and kindly ask again for a refund. They ignore my request and again provide me with instructions on how to download Windows... After seeing my review here, they do eventually give me the refund I was asking for.
