GREAT Customer Service!
I had been using my unit, almost daily, for a little less than a year, when it developed some issues (not capturing all the water during the distilling process but sending it into the room as condensation). I emailed the company, and received a prompt reply. Terence, based in the U.S., worked with me on a replacement. I LOVE this unit and am so happy to replace it. It is attractive, not too big for a kitchen counter, and makes the BEST water. Thank you for a very satisfying customer service experience.
