You need lots of patience. I ordered two items on December 2. One of them has a tracking number and still hasn't left China yet. The other doesn't provide any shipping information at all. It said "dispatched" on December 9. Dispatched how? Pony express? I'm changing my score because Tomtop saw this review and managed to escalate the delivery of the two orders. One arrived, and the other is finally out of China and at Chicago.
