DO NOT USE IF OVERSEAS
Order placed for 36 balls of yarn.. received order confirmation quickly and despatch email. However, I have been unable to track my package, and delivery only contained NINE balls of yarn in a small bag. I spent over £200 and am missing 27 balls… no response from customer service is NOT helping! Will not be using again and if still no response by end of the day, I will be taking this further to get my money back 👎 DO NOT USE
