Fortis is charging me fees they agreed not to.
I was forced to use Fortis from Bravo Systems. Unfortunately Bravo systems didn't know they couldn't support my legally required process in New Hampshire so I had to cancel Fortis along with Bravo as the POS/Boundbook solution didn't accept Fortis. I received in writing they would not charge a cancellation fee. A month after cancelling they charged this fee. I initiated a chargeback to my bank submitting their written email as proof. Fortis still is attempting to charge me again and won't send back a shipping label for the almost $500 credit card machine. Fortis seems to have some serious issues with processes and refunds. I would never do business with this firm again. I'm going to file a formal complaint with the FTC.
