DON'T Believe the Good Reviews & 5 stars....
They advertise that they can do difficult embroidery patterns & will keep your design (Intellectual property) confidential. I placed an order on July 11, 2026 for a patch pattern that they assured me they could do. I paid them & the nightmare began. They could never get the pattern/design right. If it wasn't missing stitching, then it was mis-aligned lettering or color patches. On REVISION #9 (August 2nd) they assured me they had fixed the design flaws. Imagine my surprise when I saw MY pattern being stitched up by them on a shirt, on their Facebook page. Their design turned out perfect. They never asked me if they could show the world MY design. So I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They took down the video & sent me a file for revision # 10. It's still messed up. I'm beginning to think they won't send me the correct pattern because they stole MY design.
