I have been waiting 4 days now on a product, and just being told to wait. There is no communication on the live chat, and when I went to ask questions multiple times about why I was not receiving the product, I got ddosed. I want a full refund, or Ill be back charging you guys. Glad I used Paypal. If you can't guarantee a product on your guys site, put it as, TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE!
