Absolutely horrible exprience
Absolutely horrible exprience. They rescheduled my flight back home 3 times in a day, causing me and my family to wait for the next transit flight home for 5 hours. And the worst part of it all, we were only notified of the rescheduled flight while we were on our first flight from kunming to xiamen. Imagine if we were to only find out the horrible truth that our flight has been rescheduled to an earlier flight timing during out touch down in xiamen? What were gonna do if we only have 30mins to catch the next flight? Absolutely no consideration for their passenger at all! Absolutely unacceptable for the airline to reschedule the flight 3 times for 1 trip back home. Will never take this airline again, horrible experience.
