Refund policy is a JOKE!
This company...if you can even call it that is a mess. Their return policy is impossible for anyone to feasibly do. So yall have no physical locations here in the US? I have to return it friggin China?! Which is hilarious given your current stance, but also not surprising. I will leave this review everywhere to warn people, unreliable, impossible return policy, do not buy from these people. **UPDATE** So after this initial review, reaching out via Instagram and Facebook finally received a decent response. After 3 different attempts, they finally gave me a full refund. Which I am grateful for, but being hounded to change my review is insane. You gave me a refund, that does not change the policy that is still in place. If you're such a small business act like it, instead of trying to mass produce a crappy product. Do better.
