I have had horrible customer service …
I have had horrible customer service from Garvee. I ordered two different wheelchairs from them and they sent 2 of the same kind. Then I contacted them to return one and have them send the wheelchair I wanted. They then sent another delivery with wrong wheelchair again. So I ended up with 3 of the wrong chairs. I have emailed and called customer support 8 times to get an approved refund form and address and no response. I will never order anything from them again. Jeff
