Terrible service. I have tried contacting customer and tech service multiple times because of an item that hasn't reached me for over a month, and I've had login issues that I've tried to email about and no one responded. I couldn't even contact the mail service they use as I'm not based in the US and it's not accepting requests for information. This company is exhausting. Artists need to find another way to distribute their items.
