Worst customer service EVER!!
Worst customer service EVER!!! The so called corporate phone number does not accept calls which is beyond ridiculous!!! The company sends out damaged products and then when that item is no longer in stock they offer a similar product for the EXACT same price that you paid for the damaged product...however that is a COMPLETE lie...the clock I ordered was $29.99 and then I had 40% off so the finale price was $19.07...I’m stuck have to pay 32.69 for the similar clock...last time I checked that’s not the price I paid for the original product...when I called in since I haven’t even seen the credit back in by bank account I was told that I only get $15 off the similar clock...so the first supervisor I spoke to lied to me...the representative that told me about the $15 off was rude and put me on hold while I was still talking...the supervisor who came on the phone was rude and told me he could not do anything about the representative that was rude and that there was nothing else that could be done about my order...NEVER ordering from this company again...I am SHOCKED that they are still around
