60+ Day Withdrawal Delay – Provider Contradicts Explanation & Clear Pattern Since Sept 2025
I’ve had a withdrawal pending since February 15. For over 60 days, the casino has repeatedly claimed the delay is due to “waiting on the game provider (Belatra) to verify the result.” I contacted the provider directly. Their response: verification (when required) typically takes around one hour, not weeks — and certainly not 60+ days. So that explanation does not hold up. Looking at recent review history, there is also a clear pattern: • Late September 2025 shows a sudden spike of short, generic 4–5 star reviews posted within a very tight timeframe. • Immediately after that period, there is a consistent increase in detailed 1-star reviews reporting: – delayed or denied withdrawals – “multiple account/IP” accusations – “waiting on provider” explanations identical to mine One reviewer even noted that positive reviews may be incentivized. Since that point, there appears to be a shift in behavior — earlier experiences may have been positive, but more recent reports tell a very different story. Mediating platforms are also being given the same provider-based explanation, which is now contradicted by the provider itself. If no provider request exists, then that explanation is being used inaccurately. This is no longer a normal delay scenario. Players should proceed with caution, and software providers may want to be aware when their name is being cited as the reason for extended payout delays.
