Con merchants
I ordered a tv gadget from this company on 2nd NOVEMBER and still not received it. They sent multiple status updates, the last of which was 30th November when the package was supposedly in Birmingham. I have emailed their customer service team 20 times and just get the same stupid response telling me to wait for delivery and trust my original choice! I suspect the response is AI generated as it’s just repetitive. This company needs to be barred from advertising on social media platforms as they are clearly just stealing money and not supplying any goods. Please don’t waste your money like I did!!!!
