Swift and Efficient Customer Service!
I’m very happy with customer service provided by Glo Melanin. They’re making great use of their AI agent Nia, whom provided a response to my email, expressing concerns, in under five minutes. I’m usually against most AI features, however Nia’s quick and detailed response removed anxiety from the confusion I had regarding my order. I needed changes made to an order I placed before it processed and Nia stated the rules policy that created understanding, without overpromising. Two hours later, I received an update from Elyka (a human) and that was the most satisfying part of my customer service experience. Elyka understood my concern and resolved the issue immediately; offering an explanation and security on the next steps. The AI agent was absolutely helpful, but nothing compares to the satisfaction you get when being heard and valued by a human. This is my first purchase and interaction with Glo Melanin and I couldn’t have asked them to handle this situation better. I look forward to purchasing from them again soon.
