Peter was awesome !!! Along with the customer group. unfortunatley I had a couple of issues with the bike, however I was reimbursed for the repair. Peter was always polite and treated me very well. Not not many companies will put the customer first and they did. If I purchase another bike, this is the company that I will go to. Regards, Paul Walker
