I would highly recommend the Full Body Cleanse any day! I suffered from severe Rheumatoid Arthritis and once I started this cleanse I didn't have to take a pill I was pain free for the first time in yrs...I didn't wake up to swollen joints and stiffness...or "feeling emotional."
