i purchased a chandelier from beautifulhalo.com
I ordered a chandelier on this website because was exactly what I want and much cheaper than everywhere else! After a month I didn’t receive it yet! So i sent them email and quickly they answered me that it’s on the way and our electronic system haven’t updated with the tracking number.you can check it a few days later!! Then i checked the reviews about this website and %90 were unsatisfied, i got stressed that i wasted $500 and I purchased before i read the reviews!!! I was really upset that why i did that!! So i sent them a message and request for the refund!! They were very polite and asked me to wait more and were sorry for delay! But i didn’t care and i request a paypal dispute! After a week I received my item exactly same as what i wanted, very nice and beautiful and same size! But just they didn’t send me the fabric cover for cord(as I requested).But everything else was in a good condition and im very satisfied! I just wanted to say to beautifulhalo.com I’m really sorry to judge you just with reviews!!
