Beautiful furniture for sure but customer support is abysmal…
Beautiful furniture for sure and high quality! But if there is an issue (defects etc) with an order post delivery, customer service is unbelievably poor. I personally now have 2 examples of buying expensive pieces for my house but (a) getting to speak to a human is impossible in the UK and (b) email delays & incompetence is widespread, where they will pass messages across multiple people with zero trace of the original messages etc. Great when all goes well but as soon as it doesn’t be prepared.
