I want to share my experience with Saaszilla after buying a lifetime deal for Eyeris.io—and why I will never buy from them again. I’ve bought plenty of lifetime deals over the years, so I know there are sometimes hiccups. But what happened here is simply unacceptable. I purchased Eyeris through Saaszilla (nearly £200), set everything up properly, and used my Gmail for the account because I knew my website would soon be closing. When I contacted Eyeris support about migrating away from WordPress and WooCommerce, things went downhill fast. Without consulting me, they changed my login to force me to use my soon-to-be-closed website. My access was cut off, despite me explaining exactly why that wouldn’t work. It took three months of headaches and chasing to get access restored—and by then, my Saaszilla purchase had effectively disappeared. All I was offered was a “free account,” which is nowhere near what I paid for. I reached out to Saaszilla expecting some backup. Instead, there was nothing—no help, no accountability, no support for the customer who actually bought through them. After this mess, I won’t be risking my money with Saaszilla again. From now on, I’ll stick with AppSumo. At least they’ve proven they stand by their customers when things go wrong. If you value your time (and your wallet), learn from my mistake: avoid Saaszilla and go elsewhere for your deals.
