Don’t waste your money!!!!
I usually don’t write reviews but for this particular item I’m just so disappointed I feel like I got ripped off. I bought the CCell 550mAh palm battery in September. I received my order and it worked fine for the first 2 months then all of the sudden it completely stopped working. It’s fully charged and no smoke comes out. I’ve tried calling vape mood customer service for the last month and can’t get thru to anyone. Then I wrote an email explaining what happened, gave the date and order number for the product, I still have the packaging and didn’t receive and email back. So now I’m out 35.00. Terrible customer service maybe even none existing customer service. I would not recommend this product or company to anyone! Waste of money!
