Poor product and NO CUSTOMER after SERVICE My alarm system developed a couple of what would be simple things to fix. After calling there 1300# and then being diverted to God knows where and getting the brush off, I tried the other 1300# for the distributor, same brush off and total lack of care. I then tried by e-mail, same brush off. No one wants to own it. That is typical of so called "customer service" from products from China. Take homes: Unless its something like "socks" and you don't care that only last 6months....Do not, do not, do not be fooled into buying high-ticket items of any type from China if you can avoid it. This isn't the first fail I've had. Alarms are high-ticket and important. Go with a reliable brand, local, with adequate customer back-up service. Hik Vision is waste of very good money. Be alerted, don't even think about them as a reliable product/company.
