Accidentally ordered the wrong model
Accidentally ordered the wrong model, realized there was an upgrade, and bought that instead. I emailed to cancel the first order, but it had already left the warehouse. Support went above and beyond and actually intercepted the package to turn it around, then refunded me right away. Saved me a ton of hassle with returns. Awesome support!
