Their customer service is great. I had 3 damaged panels and they sent me 4 new ones to replace them. They really need to package the panels better...even 1 of the replacement panels was damaged. Quality could be better for the price, we'll see how they hold up I guess. I got the oiled walnut and it doesn't look much different than the regular
