Not impressed
I will start off by saying I have no idea the quality of the product, because although I ordered on 12/21/19 I have still not recieved my item. When I placed my order the site said 2-4fays before shipping because it was I will start off by saying I have no idea the quality of the product, because although I ordered on 12/21/19 I have still not recieved my item. When I placed my order the site said 2-4 days before shipping because it was personalized and 7-10 days for shipping it has been 22 days since I placed my order and still haven’t received it. At this point IF and WHEN I do eventually receive my husbands ring I will not order from this company again. UPDATE The ring is nice quality, Some what heavy and true to size. But the “engraving” is nothing more than some kind of paint or printing it’s not really engraved. the shipping process and customer service aren’t the best though.
