They steal their customers !!! I paid 244 AED for an order including (jacket with value 225 and free gift+ 19 cash extra fee), and the order was wrong: the jacket was a wrong item and the free gift was damaged. All I asked was a refund for the total amount, and now they didn’t refund me except for the jacket’s value (225) and I lost those 20 AED because of their fault !!!
