From disaster to recovery MotoCMS redeemed themselves
At first, MotoCMS felt like a complete scam. I bought their lifetime premium license and was left in the dark. My website went offline, and all attempts to get support were ignored. Ron Coleman from support personally took charge. He didn’t just reply, he solved the problem. He tracked down an old backup through a separate email, logged into my MotoCMS Control Panel, extracted the files, imported the MySQL database, and connected everything on my new server. He even updated my site to the latest version, which protects it from future PHP compatibility issues. He did all of this without access to my old hosting — something that normally costs $49, but he did it for free. The site is now up and running again. No more downtime. No more stress. MotoCMS failed me early on, but they more than made up for it. If support like this was the norm and not the exception, they'd have a solid reputation. I’m keeping this as a 1-star review for now, but if they keep this level of service consistent, I won’t hesitate to raise it to a well-earned 5 stars. Final verdict: They dropped the ball, but picked it up and ran with it.
