Had service with them for over a year and left
Had service with them for over a year, openvpn constantly went down, could not get sonaar or lidaar to download anything. Support literally takes a month or more to respond to support tickets and rarely even try to fix the problem when they do. They moved me to a new virtual machine 3 times and each time it got worse, not better. Seems like a scam, they provide automated services and when they go down they could care less. They just want your money, the don't do customer support
