It was literally horrible.
It was literally horrible. They were more than 2 weeks late. I paid extra to arrive fast. But they didn’t and it was after Christmas - supposed to arrive on the 13th but arrived on the 29th-. Even they put in a Christmas package. What is more, I asked for refund of the extra payment for fast delivery. They said “they will” on the email first but at the end ... they chose not to because “we used fast delivery at the end” which is not true. Maybe the production was late, but that doesn’t count. They said it will take about a week to prepare the product and another week to arrive. They took such a long time to prepare before shipment. And couldn’t make it before Christmas. And they didn’t refund it back to me. The staff there were so rude on the email. I’ll never use this company ever again.
