The Lodging Company itself handled…everything quite well
The Lodging Company itself handled things quite well but it's the hotel itself that needs a little nudge to improve its offerings. We have been enjoying our stay here in room 201. Though it's next to the hot tubs, our stay was not spoilt by noise....this time. The hotel's location regarding the lifts and such is very good. Though the decor is dated and the hotel is in need of a 'makeover' our stay was very pleasant. The staff is accommodating and responded positively to two little inconveniences. On the negative side, the mattress needs to be replaced. it is still fairly comfortable though it is showing signs of its age. I was sleeping in a depression caused by repeated guests. Also, the hotel really needs to provide more than two coffee cups, two wine glasses, two soup bowels, two side plates and two pieces of each flatware (forks, spoons, knives and such). We felt like we were always washing dishes in order to eat our next meal. Given our experience, we will most likely return for another stay.
