Sadly Amazon screws up on more that 20-30%% of all FBA shipments. It was becoming a full time job for us to stay up. That's just the stuff we knew about. Refunds Manager has stepped in stayed on top of all of our Amazon messes. The cost of doing business with them has been paid back many times over. I would highly recommend Refund Manager to anyone doing FBA biz with Amazon. Don't let them steal your money or waste your valuable time. Reach out to Refunds Manager and start gaining control of your FBA biz again.
