I haven't actually received the doll I ordered so I can't comment on the shipping or actual quality of the doll however, I am giving this site a 5 star review for their customer service. From the minute I placed my order someone emailed me to double check my order was correct and every time I sent them an email they responded within an hour or so and were really helpful. I decided to cancel my order a week later due to the order not going to arrive in time for my daughters birthday and once again I received a response within the hour and they cancelled my order and sent me a refund through paypal straight away. Very good customer service!
