iPhone 6s
I had a mixed experience: faulty product, but good customer service. Grade A condition iPhone 6s arrived extremely quickly, but unfortunately only worked when plugged in (charge immediately lost on disconnecting phone). I felt this should have been checked before sending the phone out. However, Alpha Smartphones staff were helpful when I called them, and did arrange for me to send it back (albeit at my expense) and the problem was rectified, with a functioning phone being sent within a week of my original order. After the slight inconvenience, now very happy with my phone - and at a reasonable price.
