If they make a mistake, you'll pay..
After my first disastrous purchase experience at Nihao Jewelry where they apparently mixed up my order, shipped the wrong items and then gave me a tough time to rectify their mistake, I wanted to give them a second chance.
So, I placed a second order with the credit they provided as a refund. However, Nihao refused to process and ship the items as a retaliation, saying that this is because I rightfully filed a PayPal chargeback case against them previously.
Really bad form and awful customer service.

Retaliation and harassment for falsely shipped items since 3 months
Nihao Jewelry apparently mixed up my order and shipped the wrong items. After creating a customer support case they acknowledged their fault, but offered only 30% refund for something that I neither wanted nor ordered.
Update 1: After a negative review and a couple of months, they provided about 90% of the initial order value as credit for my next purchase.
Update 2: When I placed a new order with the provided credit, Nihao refused to process and ship the items, saying that this is because I rightfully filed a PayPal chargeback case against them.
Since then, they harass me on whatsapp from 3 different numbers.
