Another great event!
This is the second time we've had TeamBonding come on-site and again they were great. The City Build activity was perfect for our team of technologists and they all were extremely engaged. The coordinators and on-site team were fantastic and easy to work with. They were able to adjust to anything that came their way and they knew the right questions to ask to make the event such a success. I'll meet with the VP of the group in a few weeks to determine impact and changed behaviors which is another way to measure success. With such glowing words, why did I go to only 4 stars? The system wouldn't allow me to do a half star; otherwise I would've given 4.5 stars. I docked it .5 stars because we didn't have time to debrief the session with participants. Granted our group was huge 250+ people but we didn't get to talk to the participants about how what they experienced related to their daily work. Regardless, TeamBonding did an awesome job.
