Setting up Smart Mail
Met YeeHoong and the matter was resolved in 2 minutes ! Both me and my partner who had been trying to setup our respective email failed because we had logged to exaSigned up for Smart Mail with Exabytes. When it comes to setup totally lost despite being assisted at odd hours by Yee Hoong who provided me with step by step details and also snapshots of the location on site that I need to click on. All failed, simply cannot find it. After a week we popped up to see YeeHoong, arrangement was made by Ms Ooi who was very helpful in advising & help us on evaluating package that suit our needs.bytes.com Both YeeHoong & Ms.Ooi had been very helpful.
