I experienced both great and not so good customer service. The good news is, you are always dealing with humans and if you are persistent you will get to a very good, customer service-oriented person. The block wall product is fantastic. It was easy to build and install, very good quality, and attractive. I was surprised at the stability of my 8-foot-high block wall. Good product, nice people. A pleasure to work with if you understand, sometimes humans make mistakes, give them a chance they will rectify the problem. They did for me.
