Customer support is absolutely pathetic
I like the Artisan it’s build quality is nice and it works pretty well but I have two issues 1 Luban software could really do with an extensive makeover to make it more user friendly and a good look at how other companies software works . 2 I am completely 100% dissatisfied with the customer help , it’s absolutely ridiculous,unbelievable ,pathetic and a waste of everyone’s time , that’s the reason I only give them one star ! . I’m sorry to do that but the help is so bad it’s beyond terrible, it’s slow , no expertise and just horrible after 3 months and thirty emails to try and fix an issue , I sent descriptions,screenshots and videos of the issue and no troubleshooting, no ideas , no checks just ridiculous responses to my issue . I’m 60 and never dealt with customer support like Snapmaker Support .
