Cheap Quality
I ordered the LV Neverfull bag and LV Sarah wallet. Firstly, I agree with the other reviews commenting on the packaging. My items were shipped in a bag which I thought was odd to begin with because why would we fold up a purse to ship in a bag? Secondly, upon opening the bag there was an overwhelming smell of harsh chemicals. Both the bag and wallet smell awful. Thirdly, the bag quality is very poor. The “gold metal” pieces on the purse are just gold plastic and the clasp to shut the purse isn’t even real so you cannot use it. The handles also look very fake and brittle. I messaged customer service (and they have been very nice - only reason they are even getting the two stars at all) and while they have offered to send me a new item of my choosing - they are telling me I need to pay $150 for shipping. If I didn’t like the first item, why would I waste $150 more dollars on another? It seems quite impossible to get a refund or anything because then they also tell you to return something you have to pay $200 for shipment back to Hong Kong. Will not be purchasing from this company again.
