I was prescribed pelvic floor therapy. When I went to the physical therapist the first time, I told her that I had a plate in my left foot and that my toes can bend. I also asked her not to touch my foot. I had a previous injury after the surgery and it took a year to recover. The first exercise she wanted me to do involved bending my left foot. I left immediately.
I still need to do the therapy to avoid additional surgery. I researched about a dozen pelvic floor devices and this product was rated best overall in its category. When I went to the website, it was already marked 50% off of the regular price. Very easy to order. Now it’s just a matter of waiting for it to arrive.

Local Staff is Great…Corporate, Not So Much
The office staff at the Safeguard location that I have three units in have always been very friendly and helpful. I took two stars because their corporate headquarters leaves a lot to be desired. The bay door closest to my units has been inoperable for over a week now. The building is only accessible after-hours through the bay doors. I have been made to understand that the only way the door is going to be repaired is after corporate approval. I was told this by the office staff and a representative from the Customer Care phone-in center.
I have written an email to corporate since they don’t answer the published corporate phone. I have not received any response from them yet. What I am extremely troubled by is they have no problem charging me in full every month, even though I have very limited and very difficult after-hours access to my units.
